Delivery Policy

whereisnoa llc provides in-person VR exhibit experiences. We don't ship physical goods to your home.

• Ticket delivery

  As soon as you confirm your booking, we email you your tickets: one QR code per person. You can also open them anytime in “My booking” with your booking code.

• Missing tickets

  If the email hasn't arrived within 1 hour, check your spam folder, open your tickets in “My booking” with your booking code, or write to legal@whereisnoa.world.

• How to get in

  To “receive” the service, just show your QR code (on your phone or printed) at the venue in your city at your scheduled time. Each QR code works only once.

• Hardware

  Our staff hands you all the hardware you need for the experience on site.
