Refunds & Cancellations

At whereisnoa llc, we bring VR exhibits to several cities.

• No refunds

  Unless the booking page says otherwise, paid tickets for scheduled VR exhibits are final and non-refundable.

• Cash payments

  If you pay in cash, you pay at the venue when you arrive. Until then, your booking stays pending payment.

• Cancelling your booking

  While it's pending payment and before your time slot, you can cancel it from “My booking”: the spots are released and the QR codes stop working. A booking that's already paid is cancelled at the venue.

• Ticket changes

  If you'd like to change the date or time of your ticket for a city, write to legal@whereisnoa.world. We'll do our best based on availability.

• Event cancellations

  In the rare event that whereisnoa llc cancels an exhibit due to technical issues or venue constraints, you'll get a full refund or a ticket for another time slot.
